Where we are today
Caritas Felices operates 100% with volunteers. That includes the board, the people who help make each event possible, and the person who built this website.
We have no paid openings. We're working to grow to the point where we can hire at least one full-time coordinator — but until we have guaranteed recurring income, we'd rather not promise positions we can't sustain.
When we're ready, the first openings will be: general program coordinator (full-time), fundraising coordinator (part-time), and grants specialist (contractor or project-based).
