Before you donate
Before you donate, we want you to know:
Caritas Felices Canada is a Canadian federal nonprofit. We are not yet a CRA-registered charity, so for now we can't issue official tax receipts. We're working on alliances with foundations that can issue tax-deductible receipts, with the intention of offering them down the road; we won't promise something we can't deliver today.
What we can promise: your donation goes to programs and operations, not salaries (we have no paid employees). And if you want a simple acknowledgment receipt (not tax-deductible), we'll give you one.
Donate online
Your donation, where it matters most
Before you donate, we want you to know where your money goes: 100% returns to the community, to programs and operations. We have no paid employees.
When we enable online donations through Zeffy, you won't be charged anything extra: 100% of your donation reaches us.
We're finishing setting up online donations. In the meantime, see the e-Transfer, cheque or cash options below.
Prefer another way?
E-Transfer: write to donaciones@caritasfelicescanada.org and we'll coordinate the transfer with the note "Donation + your name".
Cheque: payable to "Caritas Felices Community Services Canada", mailed to 652-2544 Weston Rd, Toronto ON M9N 2A6.
Cash: coordinate with us on WhatsApp. We'll give you an acknowledgment receipt.
If you're donating more than $500, message us first so we can explain the Corporate Sponsor program (some perks apply to individuals too).
